• Preferably candidate with their own transportation.
• Ability to apply a sense of style to create aesthetically pleasing interiors.
• Strong visual design skills including proportion, aesthetics, and attention to details.
• Basic communication and presentation skills is required.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Illustrator, SketchUp, 3D Max or similar design software is required.
• Basic understanding of building codes and inspection regulations related to interiors.
• Interior design certification highly preferred, but FRESH GRADUATES ARE ENCOURAGED TO APPLY

Tanggungjawab

• As an Interior Designer with ID Refresh your responsibilities may include:-
• Attend meetings with clients to understand the design needs, design goals and requirements, and most importantly the \'lifestyle of the client\'.
• Interpret and translate customer needs into rough plans, by creating initial design sketches, color themes and ideas based on client requirements and space availability.
• Create \'mood boards\' to sample your design vision.
• Analyze movement, use patterns or the \'flow\' of the space.
• Inspect design implementation on site from time to time, to determine whether client goals have been met.
• Collaborates closely with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and builders to further understand how interior space should function, appear, and be furnished.
• Specify finishing materials, adhering to project and budget specifications.
• Uses design applications to prepare and illustrate final plans.
• Work closely with the team for the preliminary overall project budget for the preliminary concepts and designs prior to clients\' presentation.
• Maintain current knowledge of trends and materials, techniques, and other developments in interior design.

• Door and window layout and schedule
• 4 wall design
• Carpentry details drawing 3D rendering or 720\xc2\xba virtual tour

Manfaat

• Salary Range RM2500 - RM4500 subject to negotiation
