Job Highlights Friendly and good working environment Attractive Remuneration Package Company Package Job Responsibilities: Able to generate innovative, creative and trendy designs in accordance to the client\'s requirements and budget. Coordinate between client and all internal departments to ensure smooth progress and handover of the project To prepare proposals and visuals based on clients\' requirements To undertake any responsibilities assigned by superiors or management of the company To complete tasks given with excellent time management skills and able to meet tight deadlines. 3D works - responsible for conceptualizing including mood board & material proposal, space planning,colour coordination, 3D perspective visual, rendering etc. 2D works - responsible for full set construction drawing including layout plans, elevation, section, M&E etc. Site visits to collect information, take measurement and meeting clients when required. Work with Project Manager in developing project plan, meet budget and schedule. Identify potential operational issues and redesign products to improve functionality. Coordination to resolve problem in design, fabrication and site installation. Able to generate innovative, creative and trendy designs in accordance to the client\'s requirements and budget. Coordinate between client and all internal departments to ensure smooth progress and handover of the project To prepare proposals and visuals based on clients\' requirements To undertake any responsibilities assigned by superiors or management of the company To complete tasks given with excellent time management skills and able to meet tight deadlines. Assist in calculating specification and quantity for quotation preparation. Stay abreast with latest developments in design technologies and techniques. Any other duties assigned by Superior from time to time. Job Requirement: Candidate must possess at least a diploma or degree in Interior Design or Architecture. Excellent communicator with a strong command of the English and Mandarin language. Proficient in AUTOCAD, 3D Max, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Microsoft Office. Min 1 year of working experience in Interior Design related industries. Fresh grads are welcome to apply. Must possess own transport. Able to work on weekends & overtime according to the client\'s schedule. Result focused, commitment to excellence and is a team player.
