• Bachelor\'s degree or Diploma in Interior Design or a related field.
• Proven experience in interior design, preferably within a design firm or architectural practice.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Revit.
• Strong creative vision and ability to translate conceptual ideas into cohesive design solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Commitment to sustainability and environmentally conscious design practices is desirable.

ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities: * Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budget constraints.

• Conduct site visits and assessments to gather essential information and identify design opportunities and constraints.
• Develop innovative design concepts that balance aesthetics, functionality, and sustainability.
• Create detailed drawings, mood boards, and 3D visualizations to communicate design ideas effectively.
• Select appropriate materials, finishes, furnishings, and fixtures that align with the design concept and project requirements.
• Prepare and present design proposals, including sketches, renderings, and material samples, to clients for review and approval
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the timely and accurate execution of design projects.
• Monitor project progress, resolve any design-related issues or challenges that arise during implementation, and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continually enhance design capabilities and maintain a competitive edge.
• Cultivate positive relationships with clients and stakeholders to foster repeat business and referrals.
