*Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
*Explain and educate customers on product specifications, pricing, and installation process.
*Assist customers in selecting appropriate materials, finishes, and hardware for their customized furniture.
*Assist customers sales activities such as site measurement, on-site inspection, etc. when required.
*provide customized furniture designs to customers based on their requirements.
*Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation.
*Ensure timely follow-ups with customers to maintain good customer relationships and close sales.
*Resolve any customer concerns or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
