Job Description

Work together with project teams for design direction. Responsible for translating design concepts into design details. Must be capable of delivering Concept and Schematic Designs, along with Design Development (DD) and Tender Documentation. Skilled in space planning and concept development, with the ability to effectively meet client requirements and design objectives. Responsible for managing all design related aspects - conceptual drawings, space planning, detail drawings and presentation drawings. Prepare materials for presentation with good presentation skill. Responsible for coordinating with contractors, design consultants, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution. Tasked with developing design solutions that optimize space efficiency and functionality. Responsible for monitoring and tracking site progress to ensure timely completion and adherence to project schedules. Responsible for managing project costing and preparing accurate project quotations.

Requirements:

Candidates must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Interior Architecture or Interior Design. Minimum 3 years of working experience in the related field. Required skills: AutoCad, 3D Max, Vray, Sketchup, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Microsoft Excel / Word / PowerPoint. Site experience is crucial for this role. The candidate will be responsible for conducting site inspections, providing on-site solutions, and ensuring smooth coordination of fit-out works with contractors, sub-contractors, and consultants through to project handover. Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia Capable of meeting deadlines while consistently delivering high-quality work. Displays strong commitment, a sense of responsibility, and a high level of self-motivation. Able to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, hands-on approach. Experience in

F&B and commercial projects

will be an added advantage. Must possess own transport.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
