Key Responsibilities:

Work together with project teams for design direction. Responsible in translating design concepts into design details. Must be able to deliver Concept and Schematic Design as well as DD and Tender Documentation. Strong in space planning and concept development to meet client's requirements. Responsible for managing all design related aspects - conceptual drawings, space planning, detail drawings and presentation drawings. Prepare materials for presentation with good presentation skill. To coordinate among the contractors, relevant design consultants and subcontractors. To develop design solutions with efficient and functional use of space. To monitor and follow up on progress of work at site. To manage project costing as well as preparation of project quotation.

Key Requirements:

Candidates must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Interior Architecture or Interior Design. At least 3 - 4 years of working experience in the related field. Required skills: AutoCad, 3D Max, Vray, Sketchup, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Microsoft Excel / Word / PowerPoint. Site experience is essential. Responsible to undertake site inspections and give solutions on site to ensure smooth process of Fit-out Coordination works with contractors, sub-contractors, and consultants till project handover.

Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (good to have).

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
