\xe9\x8a\x89\xef\xbf\xbd Develop initial design ideas and acquiring key information on potential projects
\xe9\x8a\x89\xef\xbf\xbd Develop high quality conceptual design (hotels, commercial, corporate and residential)
\xe9\x8a\x89\xef\xbf\xbd Coordinate and liaise with other professionals such as architects, clients, consultants, contractors, vendors etc to ensure each project\xe9\x88\xa5\xe6\xaa\x9a success
\xe9\x8a\x89\xef\xbf\xbd Discuss requirements in detail with clients; prepare detailed design drawings, design documents and materials; and set project schedules
\xe9\x8a\x89\xef\xbf\xbd Monitor and inspect assigned project sites occasionally to ensure the design construction are in accordance with the designs / plans
\xe9\x8a\x89\xef\xbf\xbd Prepare technical and drawings efficiently with minimum supervision
\xe9\x8a\x89\xef\xbf\xbd Brainstorm concepts and solutions based on creative directions
\xe9\x8a\x89\xef\xbf\xbd Support the design team with creation, details and design solutions
\xe9\x8a\x89\xef\xbf\xbd Has experience in rendering / illustration works

Requirements

\xe8\xb7\xaf Minimum 2 to 3 years of working experience in the interior design field (commercial/residential or hospitality projects)
\xe8\xb7\xaf Software skills in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and other design software (e.g. Sketch up / Vray/ Corona / 3D Studio Max / aihouse)
\xe8\xb7\xaf Well-versed in interior detailing and joinery works and other interior finishing details
\xe8\xb7\xaf Experienced as illustrator or doing any illustration works
\xe8\xb7\xaf Good communicator, in presentation and interpersonal skills \xe9\x88\xa5\xef\xbf\xbd written and oral
\xe8\xb7\xaf Possess creativity and alternative thinking to develop new ideas
\xe8\xb7\xaf Skillful in interior design factors such as space planning, layout and utilization of equipment, furnishings, lightings and colour coordination
\xe8\xb7\xaf Meticulous, organized, self-motivated and work independently
