• For fresh graduates and those with internship experience, you are welcomed to apply as training will be provided
• Proficient in AutoCAD, 3D modeling & rendering software programs (SketchUp, VRAY, 3DS Max, etc.)
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.)
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office
• Possess skills in free hand sketch, detailed drawings, graphics and visualization
• Access to your own transportation and a willingness to travel

ResponsibilitiesResponsibilityWhat do we need you to do?

• Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their goals, preferences, and budget constraints. Discuss the scope of the project and establish design objectives
• Space Planning: Responsible to conducting site visits, evaluate and measure the available space to create efficient and functional layouts. Determine the placement of furniture, fixtures, and equipment
• Concept Development: Develop design concepts and themes that reflect the client\'s style and objectives. Create mood boards, sketches, blueprint and presentations to convey design ideas to client and project teams
• Material Selection: Choose appropriate materials, finishes, colours, and textures for various elements of the interior, such as flooring, wall coverings, furniture, and lighting
• Furniture and Fixture Selection: Select and source furniture, fixtures, and accessories that IT the design concept and meet the client\'s needs. This may involve custom design or purchasing existing items
• Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets, including estimating costs for materials, labour and furnishings. Make cost- effective design choices while maintaining quality
• Coordination: Collaborate with architects, contractors, electricians, suppliers and other professionals involved in the project to ensure that the design is implemented accurately and safely. To conduct meetings with them to ensure seamless project coordination and effective communication
• Technical Drawings: Create detailed drawings (floor plans, elevation drawings), and renderings to illustrate design concepts. To provide clear direction for the project team in construction or renovation (demolition, partition, M&E, RCP, floor finishes, etc.)
• Client Presentation: Present design proposals and updates to clients, incorporating their feedback and making necessary revisions
• Trends and Innovation: Stay current with interior design trends, technologies, and sustainable practices to offer innovative solutions to clients
