For fresh graduates and those with internship experience, you are welcomed to apply as training will be provided
Proficient in AutoCAD, 3D modeling & rendering software programs (SketchUp, VRAY, 3DS Max, etc.)
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.)
Proficient in using Microsoft Office
Possess skills in free hand sketch, detailed drawings, graphics and visualization
Access to your own transportation and a willingness to travel

Responsibilities

What do we need you to do?

You will be responsible to conducting site visits, measurements and meetings with clients as well as suppliers to ensure seamless project coordination and effective communication
You will need to translating customer needs into sketches, mood boards and rough plans that convey your design ideas clearly to both clients and the project team
Creating detailed drawings, proposals and construction plans that provide clear direction for the project team (demolition, partition, M&E, RCP, floor finishes, etc.)
Overseeing site progress, defect inspections and handover reports to ensure the successful execution of projects
Aligning project deliverables with the approved Bill of Quantities (BQ) and work program to achieve project goals and deadlines
