Prepare full set conceptual drawing in 2D and 3D presentation, layout plan and and furniture Elevation detail.
Responsible for design, preparing project-related design concept proposals, 3D drawings, sketches, layouts, detail drawings
Site visits, coordinate site activities and meetings (as and where required)
Proficiency in using design software such as AiHouse is an added advantage.
Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and customized furniture related finishes selection for customized furniture.
Ability to take on-site measurements and create accurate floor plans and elevation drawings.
Assist in various ad-hoc duties as required

Job Requirement:

Candidates must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Architecture or Interior Design
Preferably 1 year of related working experience
Proficient in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Sketch up, Photoshop, and Illustrator
Able to work independently and in a team, proactive, self-driven / motivated and result oriented
Able to start work immediately will be an added advantages
