Job Description

• At least a Diploma in Interior Design / Architecture (or anything relevant)
• Proficient in English, Mandarin/Cantonese (to communicate with clients, sub-cons, and suppliers)
• Have own transport (to drive to site and client meetings)
• Have own laptop (able to produce 3D renderings)

• Client & Contractor Relations - To communicate with both parties for the entire duration of the project.
• Proposal Preparation - To produce mood board with Canva, preliminary layout with AutoCad, and detailed budgetary with Excel for potential leads.
• Sales Closing & Presentation - To present design proposal to potential leads and close sales (with guidance) to achieve KPI.
• Design Conceptualization - To understand client's requirements and produce design concept with solutions to their problems.
• Drawings Creation - To prepare 3D visualizations and 2D construction drawings / or liaise with support team to prepare the drawings.
• Site Management - To supervise renovation site and ensure project is delivered with quality within the timeline.

• Commission Scheme - Percentage % of total project value.
• Incentive Scheme - Additional cash incentives based on performance.
• Travel Allowance - Touch N Go and Petrol is claimable within the given limit.
