- Diploma or Bachelor\'s Degree in an Architectural or Interior Design or equivalent
- Knowledge of SketchUp, AutoCAD, Lumion, Photoshop, Illustrator, Word, Excel, Power Point etc
- Preferable those can speak Mandarin speaker will be added advantage
- Knowledge in Detailing / Site Experience
- Able to work outstation
- Preparing CAD, 3D drawing, BQ, Material, or any document.
- Source for sample material, suppliers, contractors, keep detailed records.
- Participating in site meeting, review inspection schedule and checklist of inspection.
