• Candidate must possess Bachelor\'s Degree in Interior Design or equivalent (architectural design).
• Required skill(s): AutoCAD, Sketchup or relevant 3D softwares and rendering softwares.
• Good attitude and willing to learn.
• Independent and responsible with excellent communication skills
• Willing to learn new things outside job function such as in carpentry, wiring, plumbing work.
• Team player and looking to grow with the company long term
• Creative and passionate to work in challenging renovation and construction industry.

• Required to draw and build floor plan and newly design floor plan.
• Basic knowledge and understanding is essential.
• Determine the client\'s goals and requirements of the project
• Sketch preliminary design plans, including electrical layouts
• Specify materials and furnishings, such as lighting, furniture, wall finishes, flooring, plumbing fixtures & etc
• Responsible to draw a project design outward that fulfills company or client\'s requirements while integrating the needs of marketing, sales and manufacturing capability
• Prepare final plans, using computer applications
• Work involves creating, designing, modeling and producing prototypes
• Create a timeline for the interior design project and estimate project costs
• Place orders for materials and oversee installing the design elements
• Visit after the project accomplishes to ensure that the client is satisfied
• Supervise project at site
• Conduct any work as instructed by the management to ensure successful project.
• At time will involves in woodworking work, flooring work , carpentry work and will learn to use power tools such as hand driller, mitter saw etc for good career and competency development.
• Perform housekeeping at own workstation and project site when necessaries.

• Fixed monthly salary
• KWSP. SOCSO & EIS included
• Min 14 Annual Leave per year, more for senior position
