Job Description

• Candidate must possess or currently pursuing at least a professional certificate, Diploma or Bachelor\'s Degree in Interior Design or equivalent.

• Good attitude and willing to learn.

• Independent and responsible with excellent communication skills

ResponsibilitiesDesign Conceptualization:

• Collaborate with clients and other designers to understand their needs, preferences, and project requirements.
• Develop creative and innovative design concepts that align with the company\'s vision and mission.

Space Planning:

• Utilize your knowledge of spatial design to plan and organize interior spaces effectively.
• Optimize the functionality and flow of spaces to meet both aesthetic and practical considerations.

Material Selection:

• Source and select appropriate materials, finishes, and furnishings that align with the design concept and budgetary constraints.
• Stay updated on current design trends and materials in the industry.

Technical Skills:

• Produce detailed technical drawings and specifications for construction and implementation.
• Work with drafting tools and computer-aided design (CAD) software to create accurate and detailed plans.

Project Management:

• Coordinate with other team members, including architects, contractors, and suppliers, to ensure the smooth execution of projects.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.

Client Interaction:

• Communicate design ideas and concepts effectively to clients.
• Incorporate client feedback into the design process and make necessary adjustments.

Quality Control:

• Ensure that the final execution of designs meets the company\'s standards of quality and excellence.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise during construction.

Team Collaboration:

• Collaborate with other members of the design team, including junior and senior designers, to share ideas and expertise.
• Provide guidance and mentor ship to junior team members, offering insights and feedback to help them develop their skills.
• Contribute to a positive and creative work environment.

Documentation:

• Maintain accurate records of project details, including drawings, specifications, and correspondence.

Continued Learning:

• Stay informed about industry trends, new materials, and design innovations.
