Interior Designer

Job Description
- Possess Diploma or Bachelor\'s Degree in an Architectural or Interior Design or equivalent.
- Required Languages : English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
- Knowledge of 3D Max & Vray, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, Word, Excel, Power Point etc.
- AI House software training will be provided
- Knowledge in Detailing / Site Experience
- Attend client-consultant meeting with Director
- Prepare moodboards to convey interior design intention
- Develop design ideas & draw 3D visuals (have junior back up 3D visualization)
- Prepare AutoCAD drawings
- Prepare IT out drawings (have junior back up)
- Liaison with suppliers & contractors for site
- Invoice evaluation vs site with QS
- Meeting Director for site issues
- Prepare site work schedule and ensure project delivery within stipulated timeframe
- Proactive in identifying & highlighting urgent & critical issues first
- Oversee project from initial up to site handover
- Site supervision to ensure craftsmanship quality
- After sales service
