Interior Design:

1) Conceptualize and sketch design plans. Familiarity with residential design is

PREFERABLE

. But specialize in

COMMERCIAL

and/or

RETAIL

design is an additional

2) Determine cost of completion and project requirements in the budgeting phase.

3) Set a timeline for the completion of an interior design project.

4) Source materials and products included in plans.

5) Create 'mood boards' to sample your design vision.

6) Utilize computer applications in the design process.

7) Inspect design after completion to determine whether client goals have been met.

8) Identify sales opportunities and meet prospective client including convert leads to sales.

9) Understand client's needs and provide recommendations and solutions based on our services.

10) Liaise with client and supplier based on project and site.

Minimum Requirements:

1) Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Interior Design/Interior Architecture/ any relevant qualification.

2) Minimum

More than TWO (2) years

of interior design experience in related projects, preferably in

RESIDENTIAL, COMMERCIAL

and/or

RETAIL

design and build environment.

3) Preferable someone with

'Commercial Design'

and

manage project (Project Manager) with proper documentation

experience.

4) Passionate, intuitive and able to work with minimum supervision.

5) Organized and systematic approach to work. Strong time management and planning abilities

6) Proficient in design software like SketchUp, AutoCAD,Enscape and/or any relevant software.

7) Fluency in Bahasa and English is essential. But, Mandarin is additional bonus.

8) Registered with Lembaga Arkitek Malaysia is additional bonus.

9) Schedule frequent site visits to ensure works are done according to plan, and control daily working site progress.

10) Able to handle, coordinate and liaise with clients, suppliers or other parties that involve in each project.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
