Working Location: MENARA AIA SENTRAL JALAN SULTAN ISMAIL

Store Design Stage

Assist in design development of new store locations according to our company style and concept Once layout is confirmed, prepare full set construction drawing (3D visualization, shop drawing) Work closely with several internal department supporting design and technical tasks. Develop and maintain relationships with several departments to ensure the design and complete design progress on time Meeting with mall management on design concept presentation and technical meeting.
Project Management Stage

Stage 1

Preparing tender analysis and study costing, negotiating with contractor on project costing. Preparing simple project Bill of Quantity on project. Work closely, coordinate design stage & renovation work with M&E consultant,
Lighting Consultant, Structural Engineer Consultant and Contractor.

Compare of BQ from each contractor to meet our budget. Prepare renovation contract Work closely with mall fit-out team to get work permit and approval.
Stage 2

Handling site renovation progress Listed defect list during inspection with contractor after renovation is
complete.

Monitoring and oversee the construction and completion of each location to
ensure standards of quality are met in a timely and cost-effective manner.

Monitoring contractor & sub-contractor, service improvements, quality and
service after job completion.

Final inspection with landlord and local authority prior to work completion to
obtain their approval and smooth handover during Testing and Commissioning.

Store Maintenance

Support store maintenance and ad-hoc task. Prepare documentation for procurement process (PO issuance) and invoice
tracking.

Support store manager to maintain store image Ensure all the maintenance work progress is up to date and complete as per
quotation.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree/Masters in Architecture or Interior Design is preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to Preferably 1 year of working experience or 1 year project management
experience in retail industry.

Experience in dealing with contractors and mall operators. Must have good budgeting and general math skills. Attention to detail and able to meet deadlines. Must have a good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint
Sketchup and AutoCAD

Good understanding of design drawings and project documentation.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,400.00 per month
