Salary starting from RM4,000.00 ( For 3-4 years experience) with attractive benefits. Responsibilities Develop initial design ideas and acquiring key information on potential projects Develop high quality conceptual design (office/corporate, residential and hotel interiors) Coordinate and liaise with other professionals such as architects, clients, consultants, contractors, vendors etc to ensure each project\'s success Discuss requirements in detail with clients; prepare detailed design drawings, design documents and materials; and set project schedules Monitor and inspect assigned project sites occasionally to ensure the design construction are in accordance with the designs / plans Prepare technical and drawings efficiently with minimum supervision Brainstorm concepts and solutions based on creative directions Support the design team with creation, details and design solutions Has experience in rendering / illustration works Requirements Diploma / Degree in interior design or equivalent (preferably with architecture background) Minimum 3 to 4 years of working experience in the interior design field (commercial/residential or hospitality projects) Software skills in AutoCAD, PhotoShop, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, Word and other design softwares (e.g. Sketch up Vray/ 3D Studio Max) Well-versed in interior detailing and joinery works and other interior finishing details Experienced as illustrator or doing any illustration works Good communicator, in presentation and interpersonal skills - written and oral Possess creativity and alternative thinking to develop new ideas Skillful in interior design factors such as space planning, layout and utilization of equipment, furnishings, lightings and colour coordination Meticulous, organized, self-motivated and work independently Interested applicants are invited to send your updated resume including: Recent photo Portfolio Current and expected salary Reason for leaving Date of availability Do note that only shortlisted applicants will be notified.
