Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree/Professional Degree in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Architecture or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Mandarin as the role require to deal with Mandarin speaking sub-contractors, English, Bahasa Malaysia
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): 3D Studio Max, Adobe PhotoShop, AutoCad
• Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.
• Experienced in commercial projects, high-rise and landed residential
• Experience and has a flair for luxury premium concepts
• Experience with FF&E procurement and specification
• Overseas work experience will be an added advantage

Responsibilities

• Design analysis, research and preliminary design studies.
• Coordinating with external professional consultants to integrate requirements and meet overall project objectives.
• Translate design concepts to reality.
• Prepare design presentations for internal approval.
• Design and manage to a set budget.
• Ensure the design meets the client\xe2\x80\x99s requirements and specifications.
• Assist with work programming and reporting on project progress.
• Undertake site inspections and surveys.
• Ensure office standards and level of quality is met on each project.
• Work closely with and to guide junior designers in achieving department goals and objective.
