Job Description

• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, 3DsMax, Rendering Software, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Ability to create detailed design presentations, including mood boards, 3D renderings, and floor plans.

Education:

• Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

Project Management:

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, from concept to completion.
• Experience working within project timelines and budgets.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure project success.

Communication:

• Excellent Mandarin and English communication skills.
• Ability to clearly present design concepts and ideas to clients and stakeholders.
• Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team and with cross-functional departments.

Creativity and Innovation:

• A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design styles and projects.
• Ability to generate innovative and creative design solutions that meet client needs and preferences.
• Keen eye for detail and a passion for staying current with design trends and industry developments.

ResponsibilitiesDesign Development: Create design concepts, mood boards, and renderings that align with client needs and project goals.Project Management: Oversee multiple design projects from start to finish, ensuring they stay on schedule and within budget.Client Interaction: Present design ideas to clients, gather feedback, and make revisions as needed while maintaining strong client relationships.Documentation and Technical Drawings: Prepare construction documents and technical drawings that comply with building codes and regulations.Material and Product Selection: Source and select materials, furnishings, and finishes that meet design and budget requirements.Team Collaboration: Work with other team members and provide guidance to junior designers and interns.Budget Management: Monitor project budgets and negotiate with suppliers for competitive pricing.Site Visits and Inspections: Conduct site visits to ensure design specifications are met and address any issues that arise.Industry Awareness: Stay updated on design trends and attend industry events to keep skills and knowledge current.Benefits
