Responsible for handling daily administrative duties and handle daily basic accounting works.
To ensure proper maintenance of account documents, records and filing.
Prepare and process invoices, payments and expense, data entry and transaction reports.
Liaise with external accounting firm to provide necessary documentation, support for audits and tax fillings.
Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner through phone / email.
Provide general administrative support to colleagues as needed.
Requirement
SPM or equivalent and Accounting Basic is an added advantage.
Prior experience in data entry, accounts receivable or related role an added advantage.
At least 2 Year(s) of basic experience in related field an added advantage.
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
Hard working and positive working attitude, responsible and working attendance.
Discipline and Punctual during working hours.
