Assist in processing supplier invoices and matching with purchase orders
Help prepare payment vouchers and filing documents
Organize and maintain accounting and administrative records
Support the admin team with data entry, scanning, and documentation
Liaise with vendors on outstanding invoices or payment issues
Assist with simple bank reconciliations and claims
Learn to use accounting software (e.g., ERP - training provided)
Other general office and admin duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor's Degree/Professional Degree in Relevant Studies or equivalent
Excellent communication skill with determination for success.
Self-motivated and able to work under minimum supervision.
