Support day-to-day office operations, including assisting in organizing, reviewing, and improving workflows to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
Assist the team in basic warehouse coordination tasks, such as documentation and inventory support.
Support tender preparation activities, including gathering documents, compiling information, and assisting with submission processes.
Help coordinate schedules and maintain calendars to ensure meetings and activities are well-arranged without conflicts.
Provide general administrative support to various departments or projects when required.
Assist in monitoring business license renewals and applications (e.g., MOF, CIDB, ST), including preparing supporting documents.
Work closely with the Sales, Solution, and Project teams during proposal or tender exercises by compiling company documents and assisting in submission preparations.
Support maintenance contract renewal tasks and assist in organizing routine maintenance schedules.
REQUIREMENT:
Diploma/Degree Business Administration or Business Management or Accounting and Finance Management.
Able to work independently, possess own transport and willing to travel
