Job Description

Handle incoming and outgoing mails, parcels, and courier arrangements. Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the reception and meeting areas. Manage office supplies, stationery, and pantry items; prepare purchase requisitions when needed. Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, scanning, and document preparation. Assist in preparing Purchase Requisition Form, New Joiner Administration Form and etc. Support HR and operational teams with coordination and scheduling tasks. Assist in organizing meetings, appointments, and internal events. Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the management.
Job Requirements:

Minimum

Diploma/ Degree

in Business Administration, Office Management, or related fields.

1-2 years

of relevant working experience preferred

(fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).

Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Responsible, organized, and able to multitask. Preferably able to start internship on

December 2025 .
