an intern student to carry out
Administrative
functions at our Pasir Gudang in Johor.

Your Responsibilities
Assist in completing booking forms at company system.
Issue booking confirmations and related documents to clients.
Verify data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Occasionally communicate with clients to address their inquiries and provide support.
Liaise with center administrators to confirm availability and coordinate schedules.
Maintain and organize records of bookings and client interactions.
Assist in ad-hoc assignments as required by the immediate supervisor.
Requirements
Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance/Administration/Management or equivalent.
Minimum 5 months training with the Company, preferably those who can start in January 2026.
Able to relocate.
