- Provide administrative support to Director
- Undertaking clerical task such as record/edit/revise documents, dispatch, online-filing, making phone calls, handling mail and basic bookkeeping.
- Calculating and checking to make sure payments, amounts and record are correct.
- Follow up on overdue invoices/ payments, quotations, highlight and report to immediate supervisor on outstanding issues or potential debtor issues.
Job Requirements
- Good command in both written and spoken English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Training will be provided
- Fresh Grads or Junior Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
- Good interpersonal communication skills.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office Applications or Google Workplace, sensitive towards figures/ calculation.
- Certain level of English Fluency is a must.
