Assist in daily administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing appointments, and handling correspondence.
Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up action plans.
Organize and maintain office documents, reports, and confidential files systematically.
Coordinate internal and external communications as required.
Support in preparing presentations, reports, and other documentation.
Assist in planning and coordinating activities and events.
Manage travel arrangements, accommodations, and logistical support when needed.
Perform other duties as assigned to ensure smooth administrative operations.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Office Management, Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
Strong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office tools.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
Willing to learn and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
