Job Description
:This job is an internship for Business & Logistics students. You would learn from our senior experts and work in Air Freight Department. You might like this job because it offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various areas of the department and learn from experienced professionals.Your daily job scope consists of different area within the department of Air Freight.
- Assist Executive on daily billing task in CW1.
- Assist Executive on invoice submission & reporting to customer on daily basis.
- Assist Executive on EDM packet creation for new customer (e-billing).
- Assist Executive to meet department KPI.
- Assist Executive to manage Station Monitor
- Diploma and/or Degree in Logistics, Maritime, Transportation, and/or Business Studies with minor in logistics and supply chain.
- It will be added advantage if individual have part-time experience dealing with customers.
- Being able to compose, speak and dress professionally in English.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- This internship working location at Subang Jaya, Selangor.
