Responsibilities
Assist in daily administrative tasks (filing, data entry, document preparation).
Support basic accounting functions (invoicing, payment records, receipts).
Handle phone calls, emails, and office correspondence.
Update customer records and maintain proper filing systems.
Assist in preparing reports and financial documents.
Coordinate office supplies and manage stock records.
Support other departments when needed.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in Accounting, Business Admin, or related field.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Word.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Responsible, willing to learn, and able to work in a team.
Able to work under minimal supervision.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
