About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Branch Development Intern to support our Operations team. This internship offers hands-on experience in planning, execution, and coordination of new branch setups, providing valuable exposure to business expansion strategies and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities

• Market Research & Site Support - Assist in gathering data on potential branch locations, including visibility, accessibility, and surrounding business activity.

• Documentation Assistance - Support in preparing required documentation such as permit applications, internal reports, and compliance records.

• Project Coordination - Work with internal departments (Ops, Legal, Marketing) to support branch setup activities, renovations, and logistical arrangements.

• Progress Tracking - Help monitor timelines, gather updates, and report progress or challenges to the supervisor.

• Quality & Standards Awareness - Learn about ISO 9001 and CAD 6011 (II) Agricultural UAS standards and assist in ensuring basic compliance during setup processes.

About You

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Real Estate, or related fields.

• Passionate about project coordination, expansion planning, and learning about operational setup.

• Good organizational and communication skills with basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.

• Curious about real estate, branch operations, and industry standards.
