Job Description

The Technology intern is responsible for performing the operational support, maintenance, and development activities of MAMEE's enterprise solutions.

Day to day business support of enterprise solutions. Respond to issues that arise through onsite, email, and teams. Attend hardware and software issues. Examples: BSOD, connection problems with devices like laptop and printers, MS 365 application error, etc. Maintain IT inventory: Register new assets (laptop, monitor, or other devices). New staff orientation: Setup hardware devices for new joiners and introduce them to Mamee Application. Training and deployment of assigned software. To perform ad hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time.

Job Requirements:

Diploma/Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science and/or equivalent. Skills to envisage possible problems, determine and implement solutions. combined with good analysis skills and ability to quickly learn new concepts and systems. Good communication and presentations skills and willingness to explore unfamiliar areas of knowledge. Preferably 4 to 6 months internship period. Work Location - Subang Jaya, Selangor.
