is responsible to secure optimal transport capacity at the right price/cost, fulfilling agreed service and quality demands, compliant to safety & security requirements, in a sustainable way - to continuously contribute to the IKEA vision and business idea.Job description
Basic requirement:
Candidate must be currently pursuing a bachelor's degree, preferably in Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain, or any related field. No working experience required Possess own transport Fluent in English Possess own transport

Detail job scope:
Personal growth
Joins team meeting, office meeting and teambuilding activities Lead feedback process with other IKEA functions and land suppliers Set meeting with other functions to learn about IKEA and our values
Performance and customer value
Join weekly/monthly meeting of land suppliers to support and learn on market specificity Support daily operations of land suppliers with focus on Malaysia and Singapore Support weekly performance review process Follow-up Performance Indicators on shipment visibility and booking execution
Affordability
Join/support negotiation meeting with current or potential suppliers Monitoring spot procurement activity or any other activity not handled as normal flow Monitor the execution of pending claims from land suppliers Market intelligence per market impacting our business
