About You
CARSOME is looking for a motivated Business Administration Intern - Commercial & Strategy Planning to join our team. In this role, you will support the Commercial & Strategy Planning department in executing business initiatives, analyzing performance, and ensuring smooth coordination across teams. You will gain hands-on experience in data management, market research, and strategic planning activities that drive business growth.
Your Day-to-Day
Commercial & Strategy Support
Assist in monitoring and updating key commercial performance metrics.
Support weekly and monthly business reporting for management review.
Help prepare presentation decks, data summaries, and insights for commercial initiatives.
Conduct research on market trends, competitor performance, and industry developments.
Assist in evaluating sales trends and forecasting activities.
Administrative Support
Maintain and update internal trackers, databases, and documentation.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations) to gather required information.
Assist in organizing meetings, preparing agendas, and recording minutes.
Upload and maintain documents in Google Drive and internal systems.
Operational Coordination
Support the planning and execution of commercial campaigns and strategic projects.
Track project timelines, ensure follow-ups, and update progress dashboards.
Assist with communication materials and project documentation.
Data Management
Assist in extracting, cleaning, and organizing data for analysis.
Help verify data accuracy and ensure timely updates to commercial performance reports.
Your Know-How
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Strong attention to detail with solid administrative and organizational capabilities.
Basic analytical skills; comfortable working with spreadsheets and data.
Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work independently when needed.
Bonus: Familiarity with data tools (Google Sheets, Excel, PowerPoint) or business analytics is an advantage.
