JOB DESCRIPTIONS



Provide assistance throughout the company incorporation process, from the beginning stages to official registration. Provide assistance for the documentation, updating, and careful upkeep of corporate minutes, resolutions, and statutory filings. Help manage follow-up to ensure the SSM receives all required statutory filings before their deadlines. Handle the entire invoicing process for secretarial services. Carry out other relevant duties and responsibilities as directed.

JOB REQUIREMENTS



Currently study Bachelor's Degree in Corporate Administration. Possess good interpersonal, communication skills and report writing skills and ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
