Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTIONS



Support the entire company formation process, from initial setup through official registration. Assist in the preparation, updating, and meticulous maintenance of all corporate minutes, resolutions, and statutory filings. Help manage follow-up to confirm the on-time submission of all statutory filings to the SSM. Handle the end-to-end invoicing process for secretarial services. Carry out other relevant duties and tasks as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS



Currently study Bachelor's Degree in Corporate Administration. Possess good interpersonal, communication skills and report writing skills and ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
