Assist with the complete company formation process, from initial setup to official registration.
Support the preparation, updating, and meticulous upkeep of all corporate minutes, resolutions, and statutory filings.
Assist with follow-up to ensure the timely submission of all statutory filings to the SSM.
Responsible for the end-to-end invoicing process for secretarial services.
Perform other relevant duties and tasks as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Currently study Bachelor's Degree in Corporate Administration.
Possess good interpersonal, communication skills and report writing skills and ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
