Key Tasks:
Data collection & analysis (e.g: consumer feedback, complaint, return & refund), support for loyalty programs and offline-to-online initiatives, coordination with outlet staff and partners.
Expected Outcome:
Enhance efficiency in consumer-related projects and provide valuable market insight to support strategic decision-making.

Education:
Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or Visual Arts.
Education:
Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or Consumer Behaviour (or any related field).
