Job Summary

This internship focuses mainly on customer outreach and telemarketing activities to support the company's recruitment operations. You will be responsible for contacting potential clients, introducing our services, and assisting consultants with follow-ups and coordination work.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday:

8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

First Saturday of every month:

8:30 AM - 12:30 PM (half-day)

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing clients to introduce recruitment services. Assist in identifying and profiling new business prospects through online research and databases. Maintain and update customer information, lead status, and call logs in the CRM system. Arrange appointments or online meetings for senior consultants. Follow up with leads to understand hiring needs or confirm service interest. Provide administrative support related to client interaction and documentation. Assist recruitment consultants with basic coordination tasks when needed.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related fields (students currently studying are welcome). Comfortable with frequent outbound calls. Strong communication skills and customer-friendly approach. Willingness to learn, positive attitude, and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment. Basic understanding of sales or recruitment is an advantage.

Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
