Job Summary

We are currently looking for a

Intern - Data Analysis & Validation

who will be supporting the

WSM ERP Project team.

This role involves supporting the accounting and ERP project teams by ensuring data accuracy through checking, cleansing, and validation tasks. The intern also assists in testing SAP S/4HANA functionalities to confirm that financial processes work as intended. The role plays a key part in maintaining data integrity and supporting a smooth ERP system implementation.

Position: Intern - Data Analysis & Validation

Location: Menara 1 Sentral - Kuala Lumpur

Report to: Project Manager, Enterprise Resource Planning

What You'll Responsible For:

Assisted accountants with data checking, cleansing, and validation to ensure accuracy in financial reports Supported data reconciliation between legacy systems and SAP S/4HANA for migration readiness Participated in system testing activities to verify SAP S/4HANA functionalities aligned with accounting processes Helped prepare and execute test cases, and documented discrepancies for issue resolution Collaborated with finance and ERP teams to support data quality and successful system implementation

What Experience and Skills Required:

Degree in Business Studies, Data Analytics, Accountancy or any equivalent field. MS Excel knowledge such as V-look up Meticulous, responsible, and strong problem-solving skills. Good administrative and organizational skills. 3 months internship period (minimum)
