Let's talk about the team and you: The global competitive environment is becoming more difficult which is resulting in a greater emphasis on innovation and a cost-effective approach to achieving market leadership through technological advances. This in turn has led to an increased reliance on analytics and reporting. As a data analytics intern, you will work with the team to enable users across ResMed to use data to drive decisions and build world class analytics that support our business. You would gain hands-on experience in understanding business need, providing data/reports accessibility to our users, researching on automation within analytics platform, building shared data layer using the new analytics engineering tool and develop visualization for our customers. Let's talk about qualifications: Undergraduate student with at least an expected grade in 2nd upper class in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Bioengineering, Statistics, Informatics, or another quantitative field or equivalent. Knowledge in data analytics technologies. Good SQL and python programming skills. Good coding practice (clean, production-grade code, error handling, testing, etc.) is a plus. Experience with or knowledge in cloud computing is a plus. Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills Willingness to learn from and to collaborate with the team.
