A. Become a Data Expert
You'll be the go-to person for ensuring our records are accurate, entering customer details, service requests, and work orders into our company database.
Help us keep our customer stories up-to-date by updating their records with the latest information.
Play a key role in our digital transformation by helping us scan and archive important physical documents.
B. Support Your Team & Our Customers
Be a helpful and reliable member of our Customer Service team, assisting with administrative tasks that keep us organized.
Get a chance to interact with our clients by helping manage basic inquiries over the phone and email, making sure they always connect with the right person.
Contribute to the bigger picture by helping prepare reports that guide our team's decisions.
3. Who We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is:
Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a similar field.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel, and Outlook).
Meticulous and passionate about getting the details right.
A natural organizer who can handle different tasks with a positive attitude.
A great communicator, both in writing and speaking.
Eager to learn and grow. No previous experience is needed--just your enthusiasm!
