POSITION SUMMARYAs a digital marketing intern, you will gain hands-on experience in executing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms. You will also assist in market research, content development, and campaign optimization while staying abreast of the latest industry trends and best practices.This internship offers you the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals, contribute to real projects, and develop valuable skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in the creation and execution of digital marketing and e-commerce campaigns across various platforms such as social media, email, and display advertising
• Compile data and generate reports on digital marketing activities, including website and e-commerce traffic, social media engagement, email performance, and campaign ROI. Use insights to refine strategies and tactics
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and insights that will contribute to our marketing strategies
• Support the development and optimization of content for digital channels
• Assist in identifying and building relationships with influencers and beauty bloggers to collaborate on sponsored content and product placements. Coordinate influencer gifting and track campaign results
• Collaborate with team members to brainstorm ideas, contribute to marketing initiatives, and provide feedback on strategies

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor\'s degree program, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity
• Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and platforms, including e-commerce, social media, email marketing, and content management systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
• Self-starter and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Applicants must be willing to work in Mutiara Damansara, Petaling Jaya
• Preferred Internship Commencement Period: Immediately for a duration of 3 or 6 months
