Objectives of the Position

• As part of the Domestic Delivery Service team, you will be reporting to the Senior Manager and support the team in managing projects and operation tasks.

Main Tasks

• Support the domestic delivery services team in transportation management and distribution network management operations team.
• Assist in application development such as VBA script or Macro for operations in transportation and distribution network
• Participate and support in operation improvement projects such as track and trace, and operation process improvement measures
• Administrative tasks and assist in presentation activities i.e. business reporting, meeting minutes, meeting slides preparation etc

Requirements

• Able to start from March 2022 onwards for minimum 4 months duration
• Currently pursuing Bachelors' Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics or any related disciplines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
