D&T Infra - Intern

Main Responsibilities

Assist in the setup and configuration of laptops, desktops, printers, and other IT equipment for new joiners and existing employees. Support activities such as system updates, equipment inventory, and documentation of IT assets. Collaborate with the team to identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Critical Experiences and Competencies

Basic understanding of PC hardware components, networking concepts, and operating systems. Strong problem-solving skills with a logical and analytical approach to troubleshooting. Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Eager to learn, proactive, and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership. * Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (minimum 6-month internship).
