PURPOSE

To generate preventive maintenance checklist and provide clerical functions to Engineering Department. To support improvement project data collection

NATURE AND SCOPE

Ensure accurate generation of preventive maintenance checklists, engineering reports and general clerical duties. Ensure correct data collected according to task. Support Engineering department perform maintenance task.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Minimum Degree or Diploma in Engineering

2. Good Engineering Fundamental and have interest in Manufacturing environment.

3. Computer literate.

4. Able to communicate with all level of people.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Generate maintenance, downtime report, checklists and etc.

2. Maintain preventive maintenance checklist and records.

3. Support engineering staff to perform maintenance works as requested

4. Control section\'s stationery.

5. Clerical duties for Engineering Department.

6. Any other jobs assigned from time to time.

7. Sound Good in Engineering Fundamental
