Job Description

Learn the fundamentals of routine maintenance tasks, including inspections, troubleshooting and repairs of facility equipment and systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and water. Learn to support the team in managing facility-related projects, such as renovations or installations to complete within time frame. Learn how to monitor and maintain safety standards within the facility. Learn and participate in the development and implementation of preventive maintenance schedules including maintaining records of maintenance activities, equipment logs, and inventory management. Collaborate with contractors and vendors for outsourced maintenance tasks. Learn how to provide support in emergency repairs and work order resolutions. Learning and assisting in monitoring energy usage and identifying areas for efficiency improvements

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related disciplines Basic understanding of facility operations, building systems, or workplace safety is a plus. Strong communication and organizational skills. Able to collaborate within a team in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to learn and take initiative. Candidate must have own transport and willing to working at Telok Panglima, Garang, Kuala Langat, Selangor Candidate must be able to start by November or December 2025
