Job Responsibilities:
Monitor and supervise IFMS vendor during work in progress at Pos Malaysia sites or buildings (Klang Valley).
Liaise with vendor in obtaining and finalizing the quotation.
Prepare and process PR Form for approval.
Prepare bill of quantity and scope of work.
Review and recommend vendor proposal related to FM matters.
Assist Facility Management staff on any technical matters.
Assist in preparing technical or progress report as required.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor/ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/ Electrical Engineering/ Facility Management or equivalent.
Positive attitude for learning is crucial for this role.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Strong sense of responsibility, and high standard for efficiency and accuracy.
