Job Summary:

Facility intern will assist the Facility team in managing and maintaining company premises, equipment, and utilities to ensure a safe, clean, and efficient working environment. This internship provides hands-on exposure to facility operations, vendor coordination, preventive maintenance, and workplace safety practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in daily facility inspections and report findings. Support the coordination of preventive maintenance activities for office equipment, HVAC, lighting, plumbing etc. Help manage facility-related requests from employees. Assist in documentation and updating of facility-related records and maintenance logs. Participate in safety audits and ensure compliance with internal policies and EHS standards. Liaise with vendors and contractors during on-site works and inspections. Support relocation or renovation activities. Ensure safety compliance during maintenance activities.

Requirements:

Basic understanding of facility operations, building systems, or workplace safety is a plus. Strong communication and organizational skills. Able to multitask, working independently and collaborate within a team in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to learn and take initiative. Candidate must have own transport and willing to working at Simpang Ampat, Pulau Pinang.

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronic Engineering or related fields.
