Project Tittle: Report Automation using AI or Power BI

Description: Cost Tracking report

Weekly spending trend Vs budget Analysis by cost category Monthly spending trend Vs budget and reconciliation between 2 different systems , identify missing CC and GL Consolidate close, budget and site reportings

Scope:

Finance and IT

Supporting Team:

IT, AI, Finance /Acct, Operation team

Deliverables:

Able to automate the Weekly spending and analysis by first 3 months Able to automate reconciliation between diff financial system by Month 5 Able to learn SAP, SAPC

Stretch Goal:

Able to support on consolidated close and budget slide for Corporate reporting

Requirement

Bachelor Degree in Accounting /Finance, preferably with IT Minor Certificates or major in IT and automation courses Preferably 6 months of internship
