Your challenges:

To compile, load and disseminate the Asia Pacific and Africa region weekly sales forecast report for Commercial teams.
To generate and disseminate monthly management reports to the respective Stakeholder.
To prepare presentation slides for Commercial meetings
Assist with forecast and budgeting process. i.e data uploading, data retrieve, template creation, analysis of variance and etc.
Develop and roll out new reports for commercial teams and Management
Structure and develop sharepoint for Controlling department reports
Assist Controlling department in projects and Ad hoc tasks
Other related duties as assigned
